Billy has served in several positions within the VFW and has been Post 2451 Commander since June 2021. He is a Gold Legacy Life Member Gold.

He is currently working full time as an Admissions Representative for the University of Phoenix and has served as a Community Relations Specialist for the El Paso Holy Royal Arch Chapter 90 PHA since 2015

He had a distinguished 20 year Army career retiring from 1-77 Armor Battalion 3rd Brigade 1st Armor Division. With a robust skill set that includes Command, Army, Military Training, Force Protection, Weapons and more, Billy contributes valuable insights to the industry and works continually to better his community.
